EPP Canada was formed to provide life skills and rehabilitative training to people who are incarcerated, formerly incarcerated or at risk of incarceration and their families, and to staff involved in the Canadian correctional system, to help them understand why they do what they do - to promote their safety, improve their lives and reduce recidivism.

EPP’s Impact
In 2015, the recidivism rate for EPP US grads ranged from 5-10% compared to a 68% recidivism rate nationally. We want to bring this to Canada - to help improve lives and reduce crime in this country too.
