About the Board
The Board of EPP Canada comprises 7 directors who are passionate about freeing people from the prisons of our own making. We say "our" because everyone is in a prison that they made... us included. By studying the Enneagram, a powerful psychological system brought to Stanford University in the 1990s, we've improved our self-awareness of the unconscious cognitive, emotional and behavioural strategies that underlie virtually everything we do. We’re on a mission to help people involved in Canada’s correctional system learn about this too... to help them to improve their lives and thus reduce crime, recidivism, poverty and homelessness in our society! Our board comprises: Lance White (Chair), Heather Neely, Sheila O’Gorman, Gonzalo Peralta, Kate Ross LeBlanc, Dustin Baldwin and Shakeela Begum.
